How much does it cost?

That all depends on several things including window size , building structure , window type ( picture , sliding , casement etc. ) Which is why we offer no pressure , free estimates to go over details on what will fit your project best.

What manufactures do you recommend?

We are a dealer for Milgard , Plygem ,Simonton, Cascade and Marvin to name a few. We also sell ThermaTru entry doors . With each manufacture they offer different product lines , and materials for each line ( vinyl , woodclad , fiberglass , aluminum ect.)

How long does the install take?

Another tough question , specific to each project. We have different installation procedures for each building type and siding style. Each install will vary per home. Once we know the total windows and doors we are replacing and the installation technique we can give you a accurate time frame for the project.

How do you replace windows and doors?

Very … very carefully . Most modern homes we use a cutback , cut out method and install the new window with a nailing flange and all required flashings and sealants .

On homes with old wood windows we use a drop in or insert style window specific for the opening. The window has a slope sill adapter to finish the exterior nicely and we spray foam insulate around the cavity.

Homes with vinyl siding , we again use a specific window with a nail flange and built in J channel. We removed the siding around the window , install in a cutback / cut out method like above and re install the existing siding for a sleek finished look.
